Purchases from HomeServiceSI are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record and payment processor. Your receipt and any refund are issued by Lemon Squeezy.

Digital kit: 30-day money-back guarantee

If you buy our digital kit, email us within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, and we'll refund you in full. You keep the files.

Sponsor placements

You can cancel a sponsor placement and get a full refund any time before its scheduled run date. Once a placement has run (the newsletter issue has been sent or the site placement has gone live), that placement isn't refundable.

How to request a refund

Email hello@homeservicesi.com with the email address you used to buy and your order number (it's on your Lemon Squeezy receipt). We'll process it through Lemon Squeezy. The refund goes back to your original payment method; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.
